Ziplining is an exhilarating experience that involves a cable suspended anywhere from 100 to 6500 feet above the ground, between two points. The Rider glides along the cable at speeds of a modest 30 to an invigorating 100 miles per hour. Ziplining adventures are a unique way to immerse yourself in the already breathtaking sights of the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, The Black Hills of South Dakota, and many other locations across the U.S. and worldwide.

Many zipline adventures are part of a hiking trip, so strap on your hiking boots, get the gang together, and get ready for the thrill of a lifetime.

When some people think of hiking, they think of training for months and trekking up the side of a massive mountain. While it’s true that many hiking spots require training beforehand, not all trails are that intense. Many state and national parks have trails for even the most novice trails as well as the experienced ones.

Parts of the western United States such as Utah are known for their exquisite hiking and camping trails, but the eastern and midwest states also have a lot to offer in that area. Whether you’re looking for an adventure while on visiting or just looking for something fulfilling to do on a day off, there are hiking trails to be found wherever you are.

One of the best, most relaxing ways to experience Mother Nature at her finest is to trot your way through it on a horse. Those who ride regularly attest to its aerobic workout. Horseback riding works every muscle in the body, but it’s also an incredibly calming outdoor activity and a great way to take in the clean country air. Sometimes a breath of fresh air is all you need to rejuvenate yourself and remember what’s important in life.

Exploring the trails solo is a delightful way to get back to yourself and enjoy some peace and quiet.
